Great service. Took a little longer than expected, but was able to conduct business while waiting without issue. One suggestion - recommend that you recalibrate / reset the tire pressure after a tire rotation and during the service visit. I took a trip into north Georgia the day after my service, and ended up with a dash light requiring me to inspect tire fault. Had to drive an hour out of our way to find a tire store to inspect tires for damage or nails, and tire pressure. No issues found and completed the recalibration process to clear the fault. Not having a TPMS system is definitely one of the few things I really don’t like about the GTI.

Went in for a flat tire and was greeted and taken care of quickly. Shawn went above and beyond looking for discounts, etc., to put towards my services.
