Excellent experience with Matthew - his technical mastery with great customer service was a very pleasant experience overall. Service time overall was lengthy (though I did have to replace my front brakes pads and rotors in addition to), however, did still feel a bit longer.Not sure if brakes are at 100% base condition either though, I still hear some noises. Considering bringing it back to relook.
