It took a little too long in my opinion. I think this worker may have been new and it was a little frustrating cause he kept messing up with X-rays until this hygienist made me feel more comfortable.

Fast and made a quick decision on what I needed.

The worst experience I had at the dentist office. They had an inexperienced girl during my x-rays. They took over an hour. I told her I had surgery on the neck that I could not open my mouth wide, and I was gagging every time I would never go there. In fact I left before seeing the dentist. I am not paying a cent.

I am very disappointed Randy (the hygienist) mis-diagnosed an issue with eye. His refusal to treat me, caused me undue stress and anxiety. I had to book an appointment with an eye doctor (to be cleared of his-misdiagnosis) to be able to be seen by another hygienist at the Naples office the next day. If I didn't take the only appt. available on the next day, I would have had to wait until the next week. Being a patient of this practice for years, I hope no one else experiences this.

The initial tech took a long time to take full pictures of my teeth. Not sure I need a deep cleaning of certain teeth. Maybe this is something this office says to new older clients.

Both the assistant to the MD and the student shadowing her were both excellent. MD was highly knowledgeable(obviously!) and a great SME. Front desk reception were very personable and professional! Looking forward to coming back for my (long overdue) deep cleaning and subsequent fillings.v/b,CJ

Technician appeared to require my personal assistance for x-rays. She required an extensive period of time to complete simple x-rays. It was observed she was not a dental hygienist. Dentist appeared dismissive of a cracked crown currently causing pain, inflammation and sensitive to temp change. Dentist requires additional education on importance of teeth structure which can cause pain. The practice operates on a system to improve insurance reimbursement based on biased observation during the comprehensive exam. Will be canceling all appointments going forward. Furthermore the dentist would benefit from additional English classes to improve communication with patients.
