Both the assistant to the MD and the student shadowing her were both excellent. MD was highly knowledgeable(obviously!) and a great SME. Front desk reception were very personable and professional! Looking forward to coming back for my (long overdue) deep cleaning and subsequent fillings.v/b,CJ

Able to take me on little notice, diagnosed and completed treatment same day. Dr and staff very caring and professional. 👍👍

Technician appeared to require my personal assistance for x-rays. She required an extensive period of time to complete simple x-rays. It was observed she was not a dental hygienist. Dentist appeared dismissive of a cracked crown currently causing pain, inflammation and sensitive to temp change. Dentist requires additional education on importance of teeth structure which can cause pain. The practice operates on a system to improve insurance reimbursement based on biased observation during the comprehensive exam. Will be canceling all appointments going forward. Furthermore the dentist would benefit from additional English classes to improve communication with patients.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They all worked hard to ensure my comfort during the new patient exam. Procedures, results.and care plan explained along the way. Over all a very satisfying experience. Thanks!

Everyone and everything was a 5 star experience! Enrique at from desk was super and very accommodating. There was no wait time being seen! Jazmine was exceptional! She was kind, gentle, very informative, professional, and a pleasure! Randy my hygienist was the same. Dr. Mendez is the BEST Dentist I’ve ever been to. He was so informative with our plan of action and restored my confidence in getting the help I require! If I can get my finances in order, I will definitely return to complete the work that needs to be done!! Bravo!!!

Dr. Mendez and his staff are amazing . I completely trust Dr. Mendez professionally with my dental needs. He is an excellent skilled dentist . Office is immaculate and his staff are caring.

Was unhappy being charged 28.00for Oral Hygiene Instruction.Randy spent less then 3 minutes showing me How To Brush my teeth and then charges me 28.00 fee. Not happy with the service and never informed he would be billing me for his instructions. Bad customer experience.NEVER been charged for oral instruction before and if that is what you are doing now, I feel I should have been informed before charging me, giving me the right to deny instructions.
