Dr. Mendez and his staff are amazing . I completely trust Dr. Mendez professionally with my dental needs. He is an excellent skilled dentist . Office is immaculate and his staff are caring.

Was unhappy being charged 28.00for Oral Hygiene Instruction.Randy spent less then 3 minutes showing me How To Brush my teeth and then charges me 28.00 fee. Not happy with the service and never informed he would be billing me for his instructions. Bad customer experience.NEVER been charged for oral instruction before and if that is what you are doing now, I feel I should have been informed before charging me, giving me the right to deny instructions.

Randy and the front desk were great

It is unclear to me if I just require a consultation at the endodontist office. Requiring one appointment cost 170.00 then the scheduled procedure .can they be combined. ?The office personnel at the endodontist are not informed as to how this process works .on your website it states somewhat misleading that root canals are available at Naples center for cosmetic dentistry. I have had prior experience at this endodontist office— different Dr. not particularly good experience.

I had a very difficult tooth pulling. I wasn’t given a prescription for pain medication. When I called about 3:00PM what I got was ibuprofen. I can’t take NSAIDS because of colitis. This should have been evident from the slew of paper work I filled out. I got the script at 9;00PM so couldn’t do anything about it. I had a very difficult night. This was not good patient care!

Ellen is a nice lady but she’s rough, my experience with Randy is much gentler. And she had her hands all over my face that I had to wash my face when I left even though she washed my face for me I only want Randy to do my cleanings and God forbid he ever left. I would have to find another hygienist.
