This was the easiest & best car buying experience we've ever had in Springfield. Both Duane (sales) & Bill (finance guy) were amazing to work with. We've never been to this dealership before & would highly recommend them & go back if we needed another vehicle. Thank you!

It wasn't your fault; it was the holidays and there was a delay on shipping the part.Napleton is great, but dealing with Mitsubishi Connect is a nightmare! If I had known how poorly the remote start system works and that I would have to pay for it after two years I wouldn't have bought a Mitsubishi.My service tech was extremely helpful and I don't find it intimidating to go there.

Didn't reset oil counter but I was able to Google it.Great service. They forgot to reset the oil change counter but I was able to find it.I'll be back.
