Great service very pleasedFar better than average on service side

Need to be more attentive to the coffee service. Several employees went to the station and restocked supplies but none of them noticed for the 2 1/2 hours that I waited for my service that there was no coffee. Also the water I have been informed that you have to ask for it. I feel it would be much nicer to have the ability to get it without having to ask.Excellent service and friendly people.

Keep up the good work. Napleton is the Gold Standard for customer service.Nathan does a great job as service writer. He carefully explained everything and took care of us in a timely fashion. Very happy with Nathan and Napleton. The facility is gorgeous and well maintained.

I was greeted when I walked into dealership and quickly taken care of by the staff. I dropped off my car and it was ready for me in an hour.

The modern furniture is uncomfortable. The seating needs side tables to set something like a drink on. The tables there are out in front too far away from the seating. It makes a strain for us senior citizens to use them.It is the friendly and helpful people that take really good care of me, that keeps me coming back. Send really good deals and coupons for services. Those really help.I bought the car there and it has been mostly serviced there. I have tried to due the recommended servicing to keep warranty in good standing. The people there in service have been great and very helpful.

my paperwork could not be located so it had to be reprinted. caused a slight delayservice and staff were very good. hourly prices for labor seem too high
