Ron and Bill were both very nice to with.The first time I looked it only said call for pricing. A couple weeks later it had the price and info.

We have had our new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport serviced there numerous times all within a very small window. The car is no better than it was with our initial complaint which was crooked/offset steering wheel and hard to drive. It now is worse on many ways. It always gets aligned when we take it back even 12 days later. It is pulling to the right and left, steering wheel still as crooked/offset as it was, hard to drive, feels like no suspension or shock absorption, front left when backing up from full stop makes loud popping noise, droning car in flat road about 20 mph front end slipped lost traction and Jen tote wheel and steering wheel jerked. Felt as though something in front end had slipped. We have had no luck and even being told by this dealer to take it to another dealership from now on for a second opinion. Told this by Terry the service manager. The nearest other dealship is probably four hrs. away. We have begged, argued and have gotten nowhere. We have had to ask the service manager to please correct the paperwork we were given due them lying and saying they drove the car with us and they never have. We know there is something wrong with this car and have gone so far as to contact the State Hyway Patrol as we were wondering about an inspection. One was not done. No one but the dealership has touched the car. We also contacted the loan company and our insurance to let everyone know in the center of an accident or problem with the car. The car no linger drives correct as it will not stay straight in the road just left or right. We have given the dealership ideas as to what we think it could be but they continue to say they can’t find anything. Calls are not returned and we have been told numerous times they are waiting to hear back from Mitsubishi. We are so concerned about the vehicle that we asked the new car sales manager to get involved and he offered us a trade on a Volkswagen with giving us 21,000 for a car we purchased this summer and then the thought they would resell to someone else and them have the same problems is not something we can do. Honestly we wish we had never stepped foot in this dealership, never purchased the car and have been treated like we know nothing and just go away. Not a good look for the overall company. We returned to the dealer this week and asked Terry to correct the paperwork which he did and asked for help with turning in a complaint. We were given the number last week to call. 1-888-648-7820 and are not able to get ahold of anyone. We were told that a representative from Mitsubishi had been there and looked at the car and we needed to file a complaint with them. The dealership is not going to do anything and even if that is the correct direction to go that it is sent over to Mitsubishi there is no reason we have had to go through what we have and be treated the way we have. Very unprofessional and a lack of compassion and concern.

I liked the progress report made available to me via texting to my phone. They even finished the install ahead of schedule. I really appreciated the service department squeezing me in at the last minute, as I was in Springfield, MO for only two days.Fast, efficient and courteous.

We have been several times for the same issue. The last appointment, just a few weeks ago they lied on the paperwork , did not fix the problem with the car and we were told they had contacted Mitsubishi to see what could be done and they would let us know. We have to date not been contact and nothing has been fixed or offered to remedy the situation with the car.
