wrong part came in the first time so it took an extra day to get it fixedcar got fixed under warranty, but it took a day longer than planned because for some untold reason, the wrong part was ordered or shipped.

My appointment was at 7:30. They were done at 9:45am. This is ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation.Window was left open outside in single digit temperatures
