Also asked them to check on my extended warranty to see if it would cover for the broken motor mount that possibly occurred when they put the transmission in, but they denied having g to remove the engine to put the transmission in..... the clerk told me that I had to leave my vehicle there while they checked on the warranty and that I could not take it home while they were waiting on an answer.... this is totally false....No additional commeNi additional commentsNo additional comments

wrong part came in the first time so it took an extra day to get it fixedcar got fixed under warranty, but it took a day longer than planned because for some untold reason, the wrong part was ordered or shipped.

My appointment was at 7:30. They were done at 9:45am. This is ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation.Window was left open outside in single digit temperatures
