I was okay waiting for the job to get done, but would like them to give updates on how things are going and when we could expect to be done.I would like to have updates while waiting and appreciate the snacks šI wasn't happy to see my vehicle was ready but had to wait longer to get checked out.The service was great but I would like for them to give updates on how things are going and when your vehicle would be ready.

It did glitch with my first appointment so I called and they showed me having 5 appts scheduled. The service guy corrected it and confirmed my appt..Kind of an arrogant attitude towards me.Took way to long to do an oil change with an appt.Check out was quick.I was offered the shuttle to take me around town shopping. Then I asked for a loaner car which the dealership told me was always available. The service tech said they could give me a loaner car for a $50 fee. A ridiculous fee to have to pay for my car being serviced at the dealership I purchased it from.

Napleton family thank you guys so much you are the best.Walking into the dealership felt reassuring. I wasnāt just buying a carāI was gaining support, clarity, and confidence. Every step was handled professionally, which made it the best experience I couldāve asked for.ā Napleton Staff are more like family they are always there when I need them each no matter how difficult I can be they sit right with me into I find what exactly that Iām looking for. Each in one of the staff was great

Better communication for when vehicle is almost completed and ready for pick up. Also, better communication for shuttle pickup. I called and had to wait for a call back which did not happen so I called again and picked a different opition to get someone

It was difficult to determine which building I was supposed to report to. There are several.Friendly.Not sure how long til met. Seemed longer than two minutes, but perhaps not.Great, but more communication please. Letter from Mitsubishi said about 1/2 hour, but didnāt hear anything for a couple of hours. Finally had to call in and car was done. Everyone else was fine.

Car should have been detailed, the engine was filthy,road dirt in the seams on the outside. It was ran through the car wash but it was not cleaned. That's the only problem I have.should have been spotless.I was satisfied with everything except the cleanliness of my 30+ thousand dollar purchase.After 5 dealerships only 2 salesman met me on the lot and you have a very large selection.
