8:30am appointment for new tires (already ordered previous week and onsite) and alignment. Was not ready until after 3pm. these comments are for the service work done on 10/14/25.Please wait at least a week before sending me coupons for what work I just had done. Sending them the next day was a bit too soon to let me know I lost out on over $100 in "savings" just wasn't a good optic for me to get that in my e-mail.
