My only issues with them was this issues wasn’t fixed: Hood flutter TSB-21-42A-005.This issues Hood flutter TSB-21-42A-005, should be taken seriously and its quiet an easy fix as listed on NHTSA’s website if it were to cause a highway accident it would cause a massive case against the dealership and Mitsubishi as a manufacturer.Website kept crashing clearly needs to be updated. This is the Nashua, NH dealership. It also doesn’t offer a recall appointment form.Poorly advised customer take action in calling the autobody shop instead of booking the appointment with customer at that moment for the autobody shop

I am used to previously owned car/dealership (Mazda) that does a quick vacuum of the interior prior to returning. Disappointed that this is not a courtesy service with Mitsubishi… it was certainly a perk to continuing to go to the Mazda dealership when I owned that vehicle… Without extra little perks like this, I don’t really have much incentive to keep returning to the Mitsubishi dealer for general maintenance once my warranties are up…especially as it is a 30min drive from home.I had trouble connecting with the service department regarding the status of my vehicle… upon calling the number and asking to be connected I was transferred. No one picked up. There was not an option to leave a message…. I called back and was transferred again same thing.… I called back a third time and was transferred and received the service managers voicemail. I left a message. Waited about 15 minutes and still did not hear back. I called the main number again got transferred to the grant manager‘s voicemail. I called back again and was eventually transferred to a person in the service department that picked up… It took about a half hour for this to transpire in a time in which there was a short window to assess the status of my vehicle compared to the time in which I needed to be at the dealership to pick it up .Specialist able to work on recall is only available Mon-Fri 8-4… this put a strain on my family trying to arrange for a drop off and pick up of the vehicle as well as needing to arrange a vehicle to drive into work… Evening and weekend appointments are preferable such that I can stay/wait for the duration of the appointment
