Repair guy won’t show up when you request. Sure they send you a notice of entry but he never shows up in the window they say he will arrive in. Had to call 4 times and set 4 different appointments. It’s $5.50 per load of laundry here and the dryer NEVER dries your clothes. PLUS you’re not allowed to dry your clothes on the balcony with a drying rack and you could get fined if you do. Wouldn’t recommend this place ever unless you’re getting a spot with in suit laundry. Not to mention I had set a date and time for an inspection of my apartment and they didn’t show up when the notice of entry said they would. They instead showed up without my knowledge before notice:)

It was not necessary to have opened service request 223554 if Enbridge did not turn off the wrong gas meter.

The guys was extremely polite and fixed everything 5/5 for the maintenance dude

The contractors that salt the pathways dump too much salt on the front steps in piles, it's not spread out, you drag buckets I'm when you get into your home.

Please get maintenance workers boot slips, it is frustrating cleaning dry salt water puddles from their boots off the floor
