If it is possible to issue something similar to plastic shoe covers or slips, as it is frustrating having to re-clean a house after it has been cleaned due to the melted snow and ice that is tracked all over the house because they have to keep their shoes on

The service is great and everyone I spoke with was helpful and courteous but I am disappointed with the state of the unit. The radiators are really dirty and I will have to open and clean them due to a health condition. Our appliances are also in mediocre shape with broken drawers and a broken seal on the fridge and there is black mold in the washing machine and very bad collection of lint in the dryer. Also some ice inside the windows. I'm disappointed.

I asked for a touch up of my wall where paint had peeled off, they painted it a brown colour when my wall is grey. A few months ago I asked for my door to be replaced because it is chipped and old and wanted it painted but no one ever came to complete the job

Paula for introducing me to the 4 deerfield unit when things didn't work out in 2 deerfield units. And Molly for being super helpful when we first moved in. Whoever cleans garbage and maintain the underground garage is doing a great job.

Every one has been easy going and responsive, from our first inquiry, to viewing, to signing, to move in, and subsequent maintenance requests. The location is very good and we feel safe in our new home. That, along with two bathrooms and in suite laundry, is magical :)

I have had issues with mold stemming from insufficient airflow in the bathroom as pointed out by Minto hired contractors, the fan in the bathroom is installed backwards as per these contractors. When I have brought this up, people were sent out to paint over the mold which does not solve the underlying issue.I had issues with upstairs neighbours air-conditioner leaking onto my balcony all summer. I followed up multiple times with Minto and the issues persisted until the cooler weather set in and the air conditioner was turned off.Each year Minto is applying for AGIs without making any significant upgrades to my building or unit. When upgrades are done they are done poorly such as when the balconies were redone and nails were used instead of screws to secure the balusters to the rails of the balcony. This poor workmanship means that some balusters in the balconies around the building have already fallen off.With the most recent AGI the option of paying the AGI amount separately was removed which means that if it take longer than a year to get the hearing Minto can claim that since this was paid for a year it is now legal rent even if the AGI fails. I find these practices very anti consumer. I am still waiting to be contacted to know when the hearing for the 2025 AGI but have already been presented with a 2026 AGI.
