This was only my first visit, but so far it has been a great experience. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and provided excellent service from the moment I arrived. Dr. Williams was very gentle, took the time to listen, and showed genuine empathy for the unpleasant experiences I've had at previous dental offices. That made me feel much more comfortable and at ease. I'm looking forward to continuing my care here and would definitely recommend them based on my experience so far.

While it was visibly a busy time for the office undergoing so many changes and everyone was timely, kind, caring and truly a pleasure to be around.
