I had a great experience at this dental office! Jordan, the hygienist, was awesome! very friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist herself was great as well. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made the whole experience a positive one. Highly recommend!

Everyone is friendly and pleasant. The office is clean and neat. Dr Adams and Rachel made me feel very comfortable. Dr Adams thoroughly explained my complex tooth issue and gave me my treatment options. We made the decision together and I feel confident it was the correct one.

I have always had a great experience at Nevid dental, I have been going there for over 30 years.This last visit posed a different experience, as the warm and friendly atmosphere was missing.The bedside manner of the dental assistant was less than great. No positive affect, no smiles, not much explanation of the process, and negative delivery of diagnosis. I assume positive intent always, so maybe she was having a rough day.The dentist who came to complete the exam was great- explained everything clearly. Looking forward to going back to complete my cleaning.

I wanted a cleaning; was told I was getting a cleaning and didn’t get it. Was asked to move my appointment earlier and then made to wait.

Overall great experience! Just would clarify what you are booking online when confirming. I was not scheduled for a cleaning, just X-rays and Dr visit but they were able to fit me in for a cleaning as well!

I had to cancel due to a gastrointestinal illness in January and the first available appointment was then in August. Now, I'm due for my next appointment in February but there is nothing available until May.
