Nina came out to do the yearly home inspection and was great. She made note of a repair that needed to be done and explained the next steps needed to get it fixed. She was very helpful and I am impressed by her understanding and professionalism. I have never had any issues with this company and they have always answered all of my concerns. As a tenant I am very pleased.

You guys were fair with my deposit return on previous house and accomodated our needs when moving into our new home. Super impressed!

I just want to say that Doug really went above and beyond fixing the sprinkles he was very nice and courteous and was very worried about getting dirt in the house even after I said don’t worry about I get it in the house all the time it can be vacuumed.

I love my new apartment. I have had many electrical issues but everything has been resolved now. As a result of the stress that I put myself under I developed shingles. It’s getting better but it’s very slow healing
