New Bridge Management team is brilliant and professional, they process the tenants application on the stop, but the Complex Maintenance team is very weak and slow.

Overall good and professional people. Courteous and return calls for the most part in a timely manner. Only complaint is timing for getting things fixed. Needs to be quicker for repairs or a phone call as to why the delay. Usually there is no phone call. I e put a request to have the small diamond shaped window that’s in the front door repaired twice now and have heard nothing back at all. I came home from work and it was broken. Not sure why no one has been out to repair it.
