My experience was good. There are a couple of things that I experienced that could be better. One, I would have liked a faster response from the management company. I understand they are busy but it took them a while to respond to messages. Two, once I moved in I started seeing roaches. I am not pleased with that. There is a pest control company coming that can hopefully resolve the problem.

I think new bridge management should send out someone every other day to make sure garbage is in dumpster not scattered all around it on the ground. I’m sure there are all sorts of health code issues with that dumpster.

Nice and easy move in

I had initially wanted the tree closest to the street to be trimmed as well - when it has it's leaves it drips a tremendous amount of incredibly sticky sap onto the street and the sidewalk and I was hoping that could be tended as well as the trees in the patio between this property and the neighbors. However, the folks that came did an excellent job on the trees between the this property and the neighbors house and were quick, efficient, polite, and really great to work with and I was impressed with their work.
