Anytime I had any issues someone was there on site to take care of it right away and when I moved out they were very fair and fast I had no problem getting my deposit back only thing stopping me from 5 stars is just maintenance the pool more

New Bridge has been awesome. We have had a wonderful experience with everything and everyone. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and everyone that has come out has been very professional and helpful.

Has a great staff if you need anything they are right there to help you out. It was great working with Maria she got me into a place right away. There customer service with Ian is great also and he is very thourgh with inspection and getting you all set up with everything you need. Couldn't ask for a better staff.

I have rented a few properties with Newbridge, and the process has been smooth.

Move in process was okay, I felt the unit was dirty and not up to my standards of cleanliness. They told me it had sat empty for a while however I don’t feel that’s an excuse. My AC units both were moldy and had to be extensively cleaned. And the stove hasn’t worked properly since moving in, though that is in the process of being handled. I feel as if I had to pay a double deposit but the house itself is not up to par I would say.
