When I have a maintence request it is addressed quickly

I feel that the New Bridge employees did a great job helping me find a place. It's a bit hectic at times and they always answered my questions so I was comfortable with what I was doing. I liked the checkin process where I was able to go over the place with your checkin agent. He did a good job. I wasn't exactly happy with the $40 additional renter package at first, but it's growing on me. It buys me some insurance. I see why you would want all renters to have this. I also liked the on-line maintenance request. Your agent put one in for me at first and the stove and oven were taken care of. So far, so good.
