We love this house but he landscaping continues to be an issue. It began when the grass was changed to desert landscaping. The company did a poor job. I had a walk through to show all the mistakes that were made. Another company was hired and did half the job. They were called by out and again, listed all the issues and took pictures but that was over 3 weeks ago. I have attempted numerous times to get landscaping issues fixed caused by the landscapers when they transitioned the grass to desert. I have sent emails and texts. This is my last time reaching out in regard to the concerns. I have kept copies of all communication and issues so I am not held liable when I move from this property. 702-686-9574. In 6 years this is the only time I have had issues. Other than this, my experience has been perfect! :)

I love this property but the landscaping has become an issue since 2 years ago. There is still landscaping work that needs to be done. I requested they schedule with me so I could be here but they did not.

Maintenance came in, assest issue with the sink and came 1 1/2 hr later and replaced the sink quick and easy!

I had broken sprinklers by my shrubs and water was gushing out. New West Property Management sent out a Landscaping Company that repaired the sprinkler problem and also cleaned my walkway which was full of mud leading to my home. Highly recommend them.

Been renting my house from new west property management for the last 10 years. Excellent excellent customer service. I have never been so happy with a rental
