I had a situation where it was right before the holidays my refrigerator stopped cooling and the food inside was in jeopardy of spoiling.. I immediately made contact with the Management company, they sent out repair man and with minimal delay the fridge was repaired. The repair man explained the process and completed the task. ( but he did the repair in a manner like it mattered to him that he get the job done as quickly as possible as possible). Thank you for the quick and professional service.

We love this house but he landscaping continues to be an issue. It began when the grass was changed to desert landscaping. The company did a poor job. I had a walk through to show all the mistakes that were made. Another company was hired and did half the job. They were called by out and again, listed all the issues and took pictures but that was over 3 weeks ago. I have attempted numerous times to get landscaping issues fixed caused by the landscapers when they transitioned the grass to desert. I have sent emails and texts. This is my last time reaching out in regard to the concerns. I have kept copies of all communication and issues so I am not held liable when I move from this property. 702-686-9574. In 6 years this is the only time I have had issues. Other than this, my experience has been perfect! :)
