I said before fix thing before new tenant moves in. Not my place to say but we all want the same thing. What I am trying to say think a monument You are in my shoes. When I was moving in I am already go through a lot of stress top that my time was taken away.Any other time I more then glad to do it for you I was tried I am 70 years old surviving from cancer .I am trying to get along with everybody I am not a lazy person.I volunteer through the church many many people.PS Please fix the balcony screen door soon before weather gets warmThank You, God Bless you all.
