Dolores is really great to work with and very helpful and Anna is very sweet every time I call

alot of paperwork and money but well worth it!

Everyone in the office was very friendly and relatively helpful, emailed were answered quickly. My only qualms were that applications are required to be submitted in person which makes it very hard for people moving from out-of-state. Also, during the application review process, emails for verification of previous rentals and employment were sent to the wrong emails and the replies to those emails (once they were sent to the right email) were said to have never been received. Once I added myself to an email with both parties, they were finally then received. Additionally, the move-in check list sheet was claimed to have never been received by the office even though it was never returned to sender in the mail. Other than those difficulties, it was a decent move-in process.

Once I contacted property management they were prompt in responding!! I really appreciate that I did not have to call back or email it was taken care of with one phone call!

Both repair persons were great, professional, helpful, etc.

Everyone there is very accommodating. Anytime I've needed anything done...they got right on it. They helped me out recently and I really appreciate them for understanding. New West Property Management is great!

Everyone is respectful, thorough, professional and they respond quickly to work orders.

I love the quick response to maintenance requests and ease of use of the online system.
