The Lady that Handles Maintenance is Soooooooo Understanding, she Follows-up to Make Sure the Work is Done. She Doesn't Rush You Off the Phone & She Shows Empathy to your Issue You Are Dealing With. I Forget her Name, I Think her name is Liz.

I have been living in a house that has been managed by New West for over 8 1/2 years. Every issue that has come up, air conditioning going down, washer or dryer not working properly, etc. has been handled quickly and professionally. They have always made me feel valued and cared for.

The response on any repair we have needed where handle quickly and the maintenance team are awalys notified us on time of arrival and repais done without any time delay .the staff is always ready to answer all questions, as awell as respectful.

The entire team is very courteous and responsive as well as professional. I have rented from New West Property Management for 20 years.

I was a renter, client of New West Property Management for over 13 years. I was generally satisfied with all of the companies procedures and operations, until I was told the home I had been renting was being sold... I understood I needed to find a new home to rent, that was not the issue, I asked if they had info on any rentals in the area, the only response I received was "just go to the website"... Okay, I understood they no longer help tenants find a resident... no problem. Being what I consider, and what my NWPM rep, also said he considered me to be a "Valued tenant", and understanding I needed to vacate the property on a certain date, I was appalled to be awoken by my RING camera to a large bearded man wearing a hoody at my front door, after midnight, posting an EVICTION notice... as a single mom, I was frightened and a little taken back. I was informed that this was going to occur, but at that hour, by a large man dressed in dark clothing was completely unacceptable! Because I did not know what was happening, I called 911. Imagine how embarrassed I was to be standing at my door with Metro officers and finding the notice, and feeling ashamed as they asked for my ID to verify I was the tenant. The officers were kind, but did agree that was a bad decision made by whoever was hired to do that service or whoever's idea it was/is to do that at that hour... I hope you address this procedure. Being embarrassed is one thing, but this situation could have turned into a something much worse from a gun owners perspective.

The contractor was friendly, professional and did a great job with the stucco and painting.
