New West has been great! They always address our concerns and get vendors sent to our house quickly when needed. They're very friendly. We've been very happy and plan on staying here for a long time!

I requested help as my kitchen faucet had very low water pressure I phoned your office and was assisted quickly, they referred me to a Plumbing Company, they called quickly, set an appointment and came on time and fixed it immediately also checked my other faucets. Very professional and would recommend their company.

The plumber had to come back a second time to fix the leak. He didn't wait quite long enough the first time to see if the problem was fixed. Otherwise, the work was conscientiously done.
