The Maintenance department is awesome. They take care of the issues very quickly.

I've rented through New West for 4 years. My rent increases have been reasonable, even when rent was skyrocketing in Vegas, and if I ever need maintenance, they get right on it very quickly.

I really love it here. Whenever we've had issues with the property, all our problems had been addressed and resolved so quickly. I love this little house. It fits my and my family's personalities perfectly. I hope we'll be able to stay for a long while. Thank you!

The only issue that I have is to be able to sign a lease, I've been renting here for around 11 years and would like to feel safe again. But other than that I appreciate everyone and their kindness each time I come to the location to pay rent.

I said before fix thing before new tenant moves in. Not my place to say but we all want the same thing. What I am trying to say think a monument You are in my shoes. When I was moving in I am already go through a lot of stress top that my time was taken away. Any other time I more then glad to do it for you I was tried I am 70 years old surviving from cancer . I am trying to get along with everybody I am not a lazy person. I volunteer through the church many many people.
