The gentleman was professional, courteous, and worked effectively in the time he was here. He fixed what was wrong and completed the work order in a timely manner. Another satisfied renter.

I was a renter, client of New West Property Management for over 13 years. I was generally satisfied with all of the companies procedures and operations, until I was told the home I had been renting was being sold... I understood I needed to find a new home to rent, that was not the issue, I asked if they had info on any rentals in the area, the only response I received was "just go to the website"...Okay, I understood they no longer help tenants find a resident... no problem.Being what I consider, and what my NWPM rep, also said he considered me to be a "Valued tenant", and understanding I needed to vacate the property on a certain date, I was appalled to be awoken by my RING camera to a large bearded man wearing a hoody at my front door, after midnight, posting an EVICTION notice... as a single mom, I was frightened and a little taken back. I was informed that this was going to occur, but at that hour, by a large man dressed in dark clothing was completely unacceptable! Because I did not know what was happening, I called 911. Imagine how embarrassed I was to be standing at my door with Metro officers and finding the notice, and feeling ashamed as they asked for my ID to verify I was the tenant. The officers were kind, but did agree that was a bad decision made by whoever was hired to do that service or whoever's idea it was/is to do that at that hour... I hope you address this procedure. Being embarrassed is one thing, but this situation could have turned into a something much worse from a gun owners perspective.

The contractor was friendly, professional and did a great job with the stucco and painting.
