I have been with New West for 15 years, the only drawback is the costs for having repairs done to your house, If owner has an insurance policy for repairs, then why are the prices we are given when tech's show up to make the repairs more ? Then the costs are kept to under the price to pass them off the the renter. Other than that I haven't had any issues.keep up the good work.

This is the first time I've rented a house in Las Vegas. I was a little nervous working with a property management company. To my surprise it's been an amazing experience. Been renting from New West since 2014....I highly recommend them. I know you'll have a Great Experience too!!
