Check in is straightforward. I dislike the call centre for booking an appointment. They don’t know me and they are unable to deviate from their script. This results in frustration and poor service. Keep the bookings through the dealership direct. The dealership booked me in at short notice. Fantastic service from arrival to departure. Kept fully informed of work on vehicle. Thank you.
