First and foremost, I would like to thank James for all his support throughout the process of purchasing the car. He made every option clear and was very open throughout. There was no pushy sales pitch and everything seemed very relaxed, which was most pleasing. Having already purchased an Audi from another country - and having a not so positive experience with the overall satisfaction regarding Audi Preowned, I must say my faith has been restored and have no doubt that after a few years, I will be back for an upgrade. On Purchasing the car I asked about a service plan where I was informed there is a free service on the car so a plan wasn’t needed. On booking the service I discovered that the information was incorrect d I had to pay for the service, I then asked if I could buy a service plan. I’m incredibly disappointed that I was not given this information when buying the car. Communication was poor and not up to date.

Service Advisor Craig Russell was excellent both in understanding the issues and being really responsive to arranging a suitable date to combine the necessary repairs, also making sure that the parts were available for the agreed date.
