Thank you to Tony and Liam. I am happy with the service, guidance and dealing with Liam was a pleasure. Liam was great and so was his manager, genuine team. I felt I asked Liam over handfuls of questions on the spot and he was confident giving the answer, providing reassurance this confidence gave me confidence in the great Audi brand. Liam has definitely assured me to stick with Audi and he even managed to sell me a Service Plan! I hope everything works out for me and I can now stay with the Audi brand. If anyone has a reward, give it to Liam, he removed the daunting car salesman’s stereotype that every online article talks about, you can’t thank someone enough.

As usual, 1st class service from AUDI. My service contact Tracy, again as usual, was 1st class.

Neil was great, only negative was the quality of cleaning done to the car for delivery was very poor.
