I would like to thank Audi Newcastle as a team but especially Jack Charlton who dealt with me on the purchase of my new vehicle, its restored my faith in car dealerships after a terrible experience with another top end brand. Nothing was a problem and Jacks communication was excellent. There was no pressure, no complicated quotes to go through. Jack is an asset to the brand and to the branch.
