Fantastic service as usual! Dealt with a lady called Tracey in the service department was superb and Mark who did our video of the works. Fantastic and clear. Always so easy to deal with Audi Newcastle. Have had 3 cars from there and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My daughter is a nurse the tyre had a big split in the wall l rang up to see if they had a tyre and explained that she needed car for shift at R V I they went. Beyond and above to fix and change the tyre for me excellent service in short notice Thank you All at Audi
