Overall experience was excellent from start to finish

Needed a courtesy car for the repair, did not like the fact fuel had to be replaced before the car was returned, I felt that this was poor service on Audi behalf.

I was very grateful for the friendly check in process, advice given by the receptionist about the courtesy car provided, other service work required and useful chat! Also thanks to service guy for his comments and advice given during the video record, and his attention to detail. Also I liked the general appearance and atmosphere of the dealership centre.

My husband is also a customer of Lookers he was sent the video of my car I received it after I contacted Lookers, all of the paperwork had my details. The person I spoke to could not understand how this had happened and was going to look into it. I do have a service plan but was offered this when I rang the call centre tao book my car in for service, Lookers have never discussed this with me. When I picked up my car the drivers seat was extremely high, the rear view mirror had been altered and the car had done 3 miles, I found this quite odd as it only came in for a service and I wouldn't have thought the warrant work undertaken would require a road test. The split rear seat where warranty work had been undertaken was left in two different positions.
