I would thoroughly recommend Newcastle Audi due to the excellent customer service I received from Zed. He was knowledgable, professional and friendly throughout the whole process and kept me regularly informed. I met Tony (Manager) when I collected the car which was a nice touch and Zed has followed the sale up since collection.

I didn't receive a video of the vehicle for some unknown reason even though it was sent but as I got home it came through but still couldn't view it , it came up as ..error on our site and is currently unavailable etc .. However 2 employees on the service desk were helpful at Audi Newcastle in keeping me up to date Craig Russel and his female colleague .
