James Custance was the salesman I dealt with, he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my finance circumstances as I was awaiting a car accident insurance payment. We spoke regularly and he kept me up to date and was flexible with my collection of my new car.

My car was motabilty scheme therefore some questions don't apply. I was new to this and worried that I may be treated differently to the usual customer due to stigma attached to benefits. This was certainly not the case. The member of the team was called Zed and he could not have been more helpful. He explained my options fully and helped me to choose the right car for me. He communicated with me by phone and email and was extremely helpful. He also contacted me to check if I was happy with my car and whether I had any problems. He provided his details and confirmed I could call or visit the showroom anytime should there be any issues. I was extremely satisfied with the service I recieved and would definately recommend Audi Newcastle.
