I can not speak highly enough of Tracey Haggy. We have dealt with Tracey many times during the years and she is fabulous every time. Her customer services skills are outstanding and she is always happy and welcoming when we come into the dealership. She is and absolute asset to the team and to the dealership. They are extremely lucky to have her.

The video was really good quality

I was charged £20 for the collection service. This is a disgrace! I have a full service plan in place and this Audi, a marquee brand and you’re charging for this!?!? YOUR STANDARDS ARE SLIPPING! My wife has a service plan with a lesser brand and her collection was FREE!!

Very friendly helpful staff

Welcome, care and attention at Newcastle Audi were excellent, and prompt and efficient. My booking experience was less reassuring this time: I identified needing a new coil spring on 17 October and was offered an appointment in December; on a second call I was offered and accepted a booking on 27 October, much better for me, the car being off the road until repaired. I think if I'd had a phone number for direct contact with local Audi there wouldn't have been a problem - but the system always takes one to Glasgow, very good as they've been in the past; is the problem workshop capacity? staff shortage? Still, the end result was good; impressed with Newcastle Audi, as with Tyneside Audi.
