Salesman Owen was very helpful, and organised and had everything in order whe we tested the car and picked it up. He was not the typical salesman, as he listened to what it was we wanted, he provided an excellent service.

This is the third time I’ve booked my car into Audi Newcastle, this by far has been the most pleasant experience, I’ve dealt with atleast 3 people in the service department previously and their best customer service rep has to be George. Very helpful, communicated well and very reassuring. Thank you George.

Easy to use for checking in. However, I will always liaise with the local team personally to arrange to book my car in or discuss anything I might need to. As ever the service a received from Claire and the workshop team was excellent! Thank you

I'm giving this score purely for the service provided by Dean Hudspeth in the parts dept. I spoke to Dean initially about parts and he gave me sound advice, he then took ownership of the job via email and even managed someone from service to contact me to make the booking. A credit to Newcastle Audi. Thanks Dean.

Very professional service with a smile

Friendly efficient service

The process was easy to do. The only reason I did not use the online booking was that the car did not indicate that a service was required although Newcastle Audi advised that it did. The car service reminder in the car said that the car was ok for another 10,000 miles but it was explained that the car needed a service as I had a Audi service plan which expires soon. The car service was completed and the only thing I could determine that had happened was an oil change. Having said that; the car appears to be performing better.
