I can understand it which is so important for me. I'm not good with technology but this was easy and helpful The car was in with Audi for over a week and they found several faults. It was most probably easier for me to hear that than it was for Craig to tell me. He was great friendly, efficient and sympathetic. The car came back gleaming. Obviously this cost us a lot of money but we trust you and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

On entering you're greeted by a happy smiling member of staff who is professional and accommodating. The service tram delivered on what they promised and the service was good with my car issues addressed quickly.

Very professional. Excellent service. I did have an issue with the car which has been resolved after a couple of visits. Other than that, very good experience.
