Excellent friendly service from George and the technician (sorry can’t remember his name). Dealt with my issues quickly and to the high level I have come accustomed to with Audi

James explained everything to us and was always available to answer questions when needed. His professional approach we very much appreciated and made the experience hassle free.

I was contacted by Audi to arrange the booking. I had to ring to rearrange and that was sorted immediately. The online check-in was simple to use. The booking, check-in, greeting at the Garage, Technicianwork were all brilliant. My only slight negative is that car wash, vacuum and cleaning was not 100%. I appreciate that this is a courtesy service but I still expect it to be of the same high standard as everything else from Audi.

Easy to use. Saves time. It’s always a pleasure to come into the showroom and be looked after.
