Not everything went to plan with the service, but apology and swiftness of putting things right including a courtesy car I can not fault

I was booked in for a 2 hour time slot. Reception served me with a coffee while a waited to be seen. The service advisor can over promptly and booked in. The car was complete, washed and vacuumed within the two hours and their online update service and video was very informative. A great team effort.

Very professional, George Jack handled all my queries and took the time to explain and ensure I was happy with the response, courtesy car at the door, coffee offered by the friendly receptionist and the whole checking in procedure very easy Communication throughout was excellent, this was my first experience of the workshop Audi Cam by Dan Harbottle which I found very impressive and thoroughly understandable Collection of the car was easy with the invoice being explained and as the car requires additional work the next step in the process was explained
