James Custan was the best sales person we met on visiting dealers of various marques. Listened carefully and explained clearly the various options. We didn't go ahead with a test driver as we preferred the design of a different car.

Very good service by Alan Dimmick. Didn't end up purchasing a car for a couple of reasons but the friendly service we received will make me go back to Newcastle Audi for sure.
