When service light came on car Audi Newcastle must know somehow and they phoned me to book in which was excellent. Check in online easy. Only worry was 5 week waiting time in which I did another 3000 miles. The experience was hassle free. Courtesy car waiting as promised and very nice car too. All works done, car all washed and collected at promised time.
