No issues with application. On boarding process at the reception is good, however on leaving the garage following my Audi Q8 service the amber warning light has come on, unfortunately the garage was closing for the bank holiday week end so nothing could be done at that time. Please advise of the best option to resolve this.

The whole experience of my scheduled service was first class except for the following reason. The screen wash filler bottle filter was missing when I checked the water level 3 days after the service by Newcastle Audi. The water bottle was filled up by your technician and charged for on the invoice with screen wash fluid therefore may have removed the filter and not replaced after the service completion. I now require the filer to be replaced please.

Saved time at the dealership, very useful. Excellent customer service in the dealership. Was called in for no reason (car didn’t need a service in the end, just a software update which took all day) which was a bit annoying but staff were helpful, polite, the staff get 5/5 😊

I gave four stars instead of five as when my a3 was in for service your tech put the wrong tyre pressure in all four tyres and didn't re set the mmi which then put a warning light on the dash , I have corrected the pressures and reset the mmi settings and all fine now
