Generally very good. Booking in on line seems to make no difference in hand over time once at garage. Good communication and service. Frustrated I had to rebook my car in for further appointment despite making you aware of the problem right from when first booked.

Easy to use From walking in i received a warm welcome from the receptionist for coffee or tea. Then from then on all good. The guy dealing with my audi service was good polite etc

Easy and saves time on the day Mostly the service was excellent as we have come to expect. Butusually the car is cleaned inside and out. I am not sure if this is part of the service, but it ahs been done before. This time only the outside was washed. A bit disappointed as we live in a high rise and so cleaning it is difficult for us. We pay a valet service but this is expensive, so its usually a bonus to get it done by Audi. Otherwise staff are all friendly and service excellent.
