It was the constant flow of information and videos that made me feel informed and respected Lady on reception checked us in very quickly and made sure we had coffee and answered all our questions.We were kept up to date about our car from the minute we arrived via video & messaging. What was an extra bonus for me was that l bumped into Dominic who is a Motability advisor. Without any hesitation he answered all my questions about the Audi electric car. I ah a lot of reservations about the Q4 but Dominic didn’t brush me off or look at his watch throughout the whole of the time he spent with me. He was very well informed and very knowledgeable with excellent customer care skills, so much so that l have booked an appointment with him to order another Motability car rather than extend my lease further. I can’t thank him or praise him enough - what an asset for Motability he is.

Quick and easy My car was in for service brake fluid mot etc failed test but was repaired and re tested by the following morning. Very fast service also covered under the all in one service plan. A Special Mention For Service Advisor Craig Russell who was pro active in his approach to keeping me informed of Progress of work been carried out etc. Also one step a head of the Game as to supplying all the relevant paper work on collection of my Car.
