Easy to use A little disappointed that you couldn’t repair problem regarding faulty battery as we have a twelve month warranty, however Craig you dealt with the problem was very courteous and polite

It took a long time to get car diagnosed and then fixed. Jade kept us informed but it felt like slow job.
