Excellent communication web cam footage really good.

My vehicle had to be delivered and this was done efficiently at the promised date and time. I was helped with controls etc to my satisfaction and any queries dealt with when I needed extra support by the sales executive dealing with me.

I arrived late, not deliberately of course but the lady who organised reception of my car and it's ' recall ' quick fix was amazing. Nothing was a problem and she had the car ready for me in less than 30 minutes ! Now I'm an ex Mercedes driver you'll be happy to know and they too looked after me well. Good customer service is normal now, it's almost expected and no longer viewed or classed as benefit. However you transcended the Mercedes level I was familiar with and enjoyed my first experience at your facility in Newcastle way more than I should have done. The coffee wasn't great but hey, which machine makes it properly anyway !! I don't know the lady's name sadly but if you can identify her please offer her my congratulations and best wishes too.
