Personally I feel there's maybe not enough info given in any category . Customer service was good , having got the time I was supposed to be there mixed up my car was seen to in I imagine an already tight schedule for which I was grateful .

The guys at Newcastle Audi were great, kept me up to date with my cars progress and explained everything so I could understand. My car was washed and cleaned which was great.

It is easy to use. A good inspection of my car has been conducted. Staff were nice. However, I could be provided with more options apart from the fixing suggestions. For instance, they were not ready to offer a new or proved second-hand Audi to exchange my car.
